GCR1 和GCR2 在N- 酰基高丝氨酸内酯调节拟南芥根生长中的作用

摘 要:

N- 酰基高丝氨酸内酯(AHLs)是革兰氏阴性细菌群体感应的信号分子。培养基中添加 1 μmol•L-1 3OC6-HSL 和 10 μmol•L-13OC8-HSL 可显著促进野生型拟南芥主根生长, 但拟南芥 G 蛋白偶联受体 GCR1 和 GCR2 基因缺失突变体 gcr1-1 和 gcr2-2 对 AHLs 处理不敏感; 实时荧光定量 PCR 分析显示, 这 2 种 AHLs 的处理可以使拟南芥 GCR1 和 GCR2 基因表达量上调 2~4 倍。结果表明, G 蛋白偶联受体 GCR1 和 GCR2 可能参与植物感应细菌信号进而做出根生长响应的信号转导。

Involvment of GCR1 and GCR2 in the Regulation of Root Growth by N-AcylHomoserine Lactones in Arabidopsis thaliana L.

Abstract:

N-acyl-homoserine lactones (AHLs) is the quorum-sensing signal molecular in Gram-negative bacteria.Addition of 1 μmol·L-1 3OC6-HSL or 10 μmol·L-1 3OC8-HSL in the medium significantly promoted the root growth of wild type Arabidopsis thaliana. However, the two Arabidopsis mutants gcr1-1 and gcr2-2 lacking GCR1 and GCR2 respectively showed insensitive to these two signals. Real Time PCR analysis showed that the expression levels of GCR1 and GCR2 are increased 2–4 times by the treatment of these two AHLs. These results indicated that GCR1 and GCR2 might be involved in the signal transduction in Arabidopsis root response to bacterial quorum-sensing signals.
